House Marka Ragnos, Historical Terminal

The story of House Marka Ragnos begins some 5,300 years before the Battle of Yavin, when the Dark Lord of the Sith, Marka Ragnos himself, began his reign over the Sith Empire. Under his rule a Golden Age was ushered in. Ragnos ruled with unparalleled success for 300 years. During this time, he established a devoted following of warriors, scholars and other figures who swore an oath of loyalty to him.

After Ragnos was succeeded by Naga Sadow, this cult remained loyal to their slain master and left Korriban, wandering across the galaxy with no destination in mind. In their travels, this cult came across the planet Karana III and settled there. They began calling themselves the "Disciples of Ragnos" and continued to worship their master and practice his dark doctrine. However, the Disciples were soon driven away from Karana, and they settled on the planet Loki in the Phare system.

It was not long before Clan Overlord Astronicus Sadow came to Phare and brought together his followers under the name of House Naga Sadow. Soon, as the numbers of House Naga Sadow grew, it became Clan Naga Sadow and the Disciples of Ragnos deigned to become House Marka Ragnos. Over time the House grew and developed under the leadership of notable Dark Jedi such as Trevarus Caerick, Astronicus Aurelius Sadow and Muz Ashen Keibatsu) who later went on to greater things, and became one of the foremost Houses in the Dark Brotherhood.

The Disciples of Ragnos of the modern era are made up of Sith, Krath and Obelisk of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. The epistle of Marka Ragnos continues to live on through a new generation adored in the traditions of old.

Hailing from deep within the Sepros system, the Disciples of Ragnos are the manifestation of their namesake's dark will. Within the ranks of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood, the newest revival of the Sith Lord's ancient cult carry out the orders of his spirit, channeled through the great sorcerer, Trevarus Caerick. Encompassing all three orders and all levels of power, the Disciples exist officially as a House of the Clan Naga Sadow, and it's honorary members who have left for other positions within the Brotherhood.

As soon as a someone joins House Marka Ragnos they begin the path into the Disciples of Ragnos; a path that gives many members access to exclusive weapons, armour and equipment that wouldn't normally be available to most people. In addition to these perks members of the Disciples are very well trained and secured by the members of the Council of Ragnos.

Twenty one years after the famed Battle of Yavin the Krath Sorcerer Trevarus Caerick noticed that Clan Naga Sadow required more military power. During one of his meditations the Krath received a vision through the Force, a vision of a Hawk bearing down upon it's prey slaying it without remorse, without hesitation, and without a single thread of fear. That vision inspired him to create a Battleteam containing only Clan Naga Sadow's finest. And as his members were brought before him, their names never to be forgotten, the Night Hawks were born. Conceived through the visions of Darkness the Hawks of Justice rained down upon their prey. It did not take long for the leaders of the Clan to notice their great potential and prowess. Before they knew it, they were already underway towards their first true mission

While the Night Hawks started out as a Special Operations and Warfare Organization, the coming of the Vong and the institution of the Disciples of Ragnos transformed the Battleteam into a more traditional and fitting purpose. Precisely ten years after it's creation, following it's creator Trevarus Caerick, the group has taken up the mantle of Krath Sorcerers, specialized in using the Force on the battlefield. These specially trained Krath can be placed in any situation and come out alive. Throughout the ages and many moments where destruction was imminent, the Night Hawks thrived and most importantly survived, making the Battleteam a legacy among its brethren of House Marka Ragnos.

As the military might of the Brotherhood grew and the Dark Council sought their grasp of the Antei system, so too did the summit of House Marka Ragnos think of increasing their might. Under the guidance of the Quaestor Muz Ashen, the Night Raptors were formed as a powerful new Battleteam for the militaristic Obelisk members of his house. The detailed records of the Battleteam were lost over the ages but it is known that after the Night Raptors were introduced they had become introductory Battleteam for the young journeymen of House Marka Ragnos before they were transferred to the then intermediate Battleteam of Ragnos, the Night Falcons, and after they had completed their tenure in the Falcons were moved to the clandestine unit of the Night Hawks.

Sadly this standard didn't stand and was proven ineffective in its uses, through an executive decision the Night Raptors were decommissioned with their members returned to the house until 31 ABY. Following the Ninth Great Jedi War in a series of changes in the Clan's structure, the Night Raptors were reopened under the command of Fremoc Pepoi.

As of 33 ABY the Night Raptors were decommissioned and merged with the Night Hawks following the resignation of Sergeant Kano Verda after the events on Aeotheran with the Voice of Justice. Duties of the Governor's Security Force were assumed by members of House Marka Ragnos and at present date it is unsure if the Night Raptors will be recommissioned in the near future.
